In her own words, "As a practitioner of Psychodrama and Group Psychotherapy, Laal is the place where I can provide workshops to help womxn develop emotional literacy, learn about self care, as well as healing to be resilient as Bengali immigrants. In general, mental health is neglected and trauma, vulneribility has deep roots in our Bangladeshi society. I really loved the way Laal is creating the opportunities to develop as a community and helping to overcome these crises."
