Ishrat Aishee (she/her) is a technology consultant at Accenture, where she focuses on digital transformation, organizational design, and product development across industries. Prior to joining Accenture, Ishrat led international economic development initiatives across NGOs and nonprofit organizations in New York City, the United Kingdom, and Canada. She has also spearheaded campaigns for fiscal policy advocacy and civic engagement on Capitol Hill, and developed Laal's Financial Fluency curriculum to promote and sustain financial independence for Bangladeshi womxn.

She is a graduate of Columbia University, where she studied Economics and Anthropology. As an immigrant Bangladeshi woman herself, Ishrat is excited to be part of Laal's revolutionary mission to create spaces where Bangladeshi women can not only thrive, but empower others to also inspire change at the city, state, and national levels.
